Dream: Think of your favorite vacation spot. Whether it’s the beach, the mountains or that charming little café in Istanbul... Take a few minutes to immerse yourself in it.

Move: Play your favorite song and dance like nobody’s watching. It’s the perfect antidote to post-vacation gloom.

Go for a walk: If you’re lucky enough to be near a beach, park or green space, make the most of it! A little stroll and you’ll feel revived.

A little massage? Gently massage your neck or shoulders. Yes, maybe carrying that beach bag wasn’t such a good idea...

Laugh: Think of a funny moment during your vacation or watch a funny video. It’s a proven fact that laughter is the best medicine.

Lights! Your office may be less appealing than the beach, but make sure you have plenty of light. It lifts your spirits and gives you energy.
