Ingredients for 2 people:
- 75 g of cream cheese
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- 2 lettuce leaves
- ½ an avocado
Instructions
- Peel the avocado and slice thinly.
- Wash and slice the tomatoes.
- Wash the lettuce leaves.
- Spread each tortilla with cream cheese.
- Place the tuna, a few slices of avocado and tomato on top and cover with a lettuce leaf.
- Roll the tortilla up tightly.
