Tuna Wraps

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 75 g of cream cheese 
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 can of tuna 
  • 2 whole wheat tortillas 
  • 2 lettuce leaves 
  • ½ an avocado

Instructions

  • Peel the avocado and slice thinly. 
  • Wash and slice the tomatoes.
  • Wash the lettuce leaves. 
  • Spread each tortilla with cream cheese.
  • Place the tuna, a few slices of avocado and tomato on top and cover with a lettuce leaf.
  • Roll the tortilla up tightly.
