VITAMIN A
Important for vision and skin hydration, bone and teeth growth (children), immune system and reproduction
Where to find it? Carrots, yellow or orange fruits and vegetables, green leafy plants, tomatoes, whole dairy products, eggs, liver.
VITAMIN B
Important for the production of energy in cells and red blood cells, etc.
Where to find it? Wheat germ, brewer's yeast, liver, red meat, fish, seafood, whole grains...
VITAMIN C
