Ingredients for about 35 cl or 8 shots
- 1 teaspoon(s) turmeric powder
- 25 g ginger
- 250 g carrots
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 20 cl boiling water
Instructions
- Rinse the carrots without peeling them.
- Pour the turmeric and black pepper into the boiling water and mix.
- Peel and finely grate the ginger, add it to the boiling water. Let it cool.
- Pass the carrots through your juicer.
- Strain the turmeric-ginger mix and add it to the carrot juice.
- Serve the juice in shot glasses.
