- Drink more water
- Exercise at least twice a week
- Begin a zero waste/eco-friendly journey
- Quit an addiction
- Consume and buy less
- Try something new (sport, art)
- Reduce screen time
- Use a bike/scooter for short trips
- Meditate/practice yoga
- Eat healthy
- Make a donation to a charity quarterly
- Check in with family and friends more often
- Spend more time with family
- Become more positive, looking at the glass as half full!
