Tired of difficult nights soaked in sweat, and days spent battling the fog? Here are 5 environmentally friendly tips to follow for a restful and relaxing sleep.

Let the air flow
Create a draft or simply sleep with the window open (if possible). 
During the day, keep the shutters and windows closed.

Dress very lightly
Forget the good old pyjamas and go for underwear or a light cotton outfit, or even sleep shirtless.

Drink a lot  
We're talking about water and nothing else of course! 
Drink like you're a marathon runner.

Eat light
When you eat, you produce heat. Go for light meals in the evening, choose cold soups or salads, fruits and sorbets.

Nothing but cotton sheets
Cotton is lighter and less sticky than other fabrics.
Plus, air can pass through it.

Unplug everything!
Keep the number of plugged-in appliances to a minimum and only plug in the essentials!
