A healthy shot of turmeric and ginger!

The turmeric and ginger combo is the star of a "healthy" diet and a real vitamin booster. Start your day energized by adding a small shot of this powerful pair to your morning routine.

Ingredients for about 35 cl or 8 shots

  • 1 teaspoon(s) turmeric powder
  • 25 g ginger
  • 250 g carrots
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
  • 20 cl boiling water

Instructions

  • Rinse the carrots without peeling them.
  • Pour the turmeric and black pepper into the boiling water and mix.
  • Peel and finely grate the ginger, add it to the boiling water. Let it cool.
  • Pass the carrots through your juicer.
  • Strain the turmeric-ginger mix and add it to the carrot juice.
  • Serve the juice in shot glasses.
