INGREDIENTS
- 200g unsweetened chocolate
- 1 tbsp. 100% cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 200g pitted dates, about 10 dates
- 3 large eggs
- 4 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- In a blender, process the coarsely chopped chocolate and baking soda until you have a very fine, sandy texture.
- Add the pitted dates and blend, then the eggs, coconut oil and finally the vanilla.
- Transfer the mixture to a 20 x 20 cm diameter pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a knife blade comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
