Take advantage of the new year to make and keep 15 resolutions that will benefit your body and mind.

  • Drink more water
  • Exercise at least twice a week
  • Begin a zero waste/eco-friendly journey  
  • Quit an addiction
  • Consume and buy less
  • Try something new (sport, art) 
  • Reduce screen time
  • Use a bike/scooter for short trips
  • Meditate/practice yoga
  • Eat healthy
  • Make a donation to a charity quarterly
  • Check in with family and friends more often
  • Spend more time with family 
  • Become more positive, looking at the glass as half full!
