Zoodles with Parmesan Cheese

Recipe. Are you ready for some delicious and healthy tagliatelle?

Ingredients:

  • 3 zucchinis
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Parmesan cheese to taste
  • 1 pinch pepper

Steps:

Start by washing your zucchinis and pat them dry. Then get carving: cut them lengthways into thirds. Keep the middle slice and cut it into thirds again. The heart of the zucchini? Too soft for our recipe, so put it aside. For the infamous zoodles, grab your peeler and go!

Hop! Plunge the zoodles into a pan of simmering salted water for 2 minutes. 

Drain, then heat two heaping spoonfuls of olive oil in a frying pan and mix gently.

For the finishing touch: a little salt, a dash of pepper and generous shavings of Parmesan cheese. Serve hot and enjoy!
