Here is a selection of sports activities and exercises to tone your buttocks. For the optimists among you, be careful, we don't promise you a Kim Kardashian-like result, but there's no need for surgery to have a dream figure!
Nordic Walking
It consists of actively walking while leaning on ski poles. In addition to firming up your buttocks, this full-body sport exercises more than 80% of your body's muscles.
Backstroke with short fins
This exercise involves all the buttocks muscles as long as the strokes are wide and start at the hips. NB: swimming in general is the ultimate sport for a muscular and slender body.
Rollerblading
In addition to having fun, this is the best activity for building up your buttocks. With two one-hour outings per week, you will see results very quickly. The secret? To move forward, you need to push your legs outward and it's this movement that does all the work.
Afro dance
Here is another workout that combines “business” and pleasure. The basic position of African dance (legs bent, slightly apart and flexed) involves the gluteal muscles continuously and exercises them greatly.
Water Aerobics
Ideal for toning, massaging and draining. Using water and its force, we focus on the butt to activate each muscle with dynamic exercises.
Beach volleyball
We have all seen the buttocks of beach volleyball players. They are evidence that beach volleyball is the sport par excellence that will help you shape your behind! The position as you wait for the opponent's serve, combined with the movement where you throw yourself towards the ball, strengthens and shapes your buttocks.
😉 : And why not do this every day?
- Walk around as much as possible by pushing on your legs and stretching your stride
- Take the stairs by climbing the steps two at a time, once slowly and once quickly by pushing on your legs.
- Squeeze your buttocks as often as possible, standing up straight and maintaining the position.
